Richard E. Fertel-President
is a graduate of the City University of New York and Lincoln Technical Institute and has completed many post graduate business and technical courses. Following through each year as required, Richard vigorously completes course updates as mandated by the New Jersey State Licensing Bureaus. Richard holds all licenses for the organization and is constantly updating his expertise, obtaining new certifications and approaches advances with a quest for knowledge. He has taught several technical and business courses over the years and lectured for The Electrical Contractor’s Association and is held in high regard by our colleagues.
Richard’s main function is overseeing all mechanical installations, meeting with customers for the purpose of providing estimates and scheduling all work that passes through the company’s busy calendar. His day-to-day involvement keeps his hands on the “pulse” of the business. Richard is never more than a phone call away and constantly involved in all business activities. Customers are pleased to see that he always inspects their installations... and is approachable. Customer service is not just a department, it's the way we do things.
Bonnie Bornstein Fertel-Vice President
focuses on the administrative side of the business, handling all other business matters, and heads up Marketing, and Customer Relations. She is the backbone for reinforcement of the meticulous office staff. Bonnie’s design skills have been the inspiration for many custom bathroom remodels and custom design décor projects for clients wishing to embark on a truly sensational renovation project.
Bonnie continuously seeks new innovations for the “back office” in terms of technology and communications and keeps a close eye on the all too necessary details of insurance and financials keeping our company on the cutting edge and able to provide the service our customers have come to expect.
Our resident 'marketing maven', webmaster, (she designed and maintains our website), social media pro and blogger. Bonnie has achieved 'Expert Author' status for online editorial sites such as GoArticles.com and EZine Articles.com, and has been a contributing blogger on several of the popular 'Patch.com' sites including Ridgewood, Livingston, West Orange , New Providence, Maplewood , Montclair, Cranford and Bloomfield.
