How do you go about making a decision on choosing a Great Contractor? Bonnie Bornstein Fertel is the owner along with her husband, Richard Fertel of Bornstein Sons, Inc.

OR, for that matter, how do you choose any sort of contractor or person/company with whom you may decide to do business with?

Did you ever give thought to how the person on the other end of the phone or during a face-to-face meeting might perceive you? Even an automated email response can be off-putting.

Do you think the person on the other end of the phone takes a moment to even care what you think of him or her?

Typically a homeowner or business owner calls upon the services of a professional when he or she is in need of service be it repair work, installations of major or minor equipment, decorating, or technology services. Correct? Why, yes, you are nodding...I can see you nod!

In a perfect world, we may have needs that might be urgent, sometimes not...we find someone to help us with our dilemma and before too long we're hopeful that the problem is brought to resolution and we go on with our day.
