A representative from our office will always call before dispatching a technician. If there is no answer when our office calls to advise that our technician is on the way we must assume that no one is at home and will leave a message if possible or contact you to reschedule your service appointment at another time. Although you may be outside or on "call-wating", we have no way to know this! We appreciate your sensitivity to the situation.
