I would like to thank you for taking care of my family. We have a maintenance contract that should protect the family from occurrences such as central air conditioner failure. As it turns out, it did not. The individual that was sent out from another cojpany was unprofessional, stated that the compressor was shot and not covered under warranty and did not give me a written diagnosis. On top of all that, charged me $75.00 for the visit. Then I contacted you. You came out, diagnosed the potential problem and discussed it with me. You then scheduled a visit by your technician who fixed the problem which was not the compressor, but a capacitor and the system is working great.
