Bornstein Sons is TOP NOTCH and has unbelievably great customer service. They stand behind their work 100%. Have used them to repair heating issues and A/C issues. More recently we had the AC line set replaced over a month ago before the real warm weather started. We then had an issue when we had a day where it was in the 80’s. Called them first thing in the AM and had a service man at my door within an hour. The issue was resolved and we have nice cool air again. Could not ask for a faster response time. It's truly is a pleasure speaking to and dealing with the repair team. It seems that we had to replace our old air conditioning unit. The guys were great and did an awesome job, plus they got it done in one day!

Bornstein Son's service is top notch. My AC system stopped working and I called them at 8:30am and spoke with the owner who is very professional to say the least. Bornstein Sons is an incredibly well diversified company.. They shine in everything, especially in emergencies. I have called them for floods, leaks, and other such things and they come, price fairly and do the job pleasantly.

In terms of other more planned jobs, the estimates are always fair, and Bornsteins will never sell you something you don't need or is inappropriate.
