Why Bornstein Sons Sends a Monthly Monthly Newsletter...

At Bornstein Sons we're proud to share our Newsletters!

Our March newsletter hit the email inbox of our loyal customers just a few short days ago and the response has been great...An indication that our customers want to know what we have to say.

So, why do we feel Newsletters are important?

We live in a fast paced world today, there is no doubt about that. Most of us have inboxes that are overflowing. Imagine the concept of a huge trash can full of the emails you delete, don't want and never asked for. We're sure glad our customers take the time to read ours. We suppose it's because we include relevant information and don't send them too often. But sometimes the information that miraculously appears awaiting your perusal is often just the right bit of information at just the right time.

An email newsletter might serve as a reminder. We do try to be the subtle reminder urging our customers to take a moment and schedule that ever-so-important air conditioning tune-up or pre-season heating tune-up service because we know that it often slips our customer's minds until the first blazing hot day of summer or bitter cold day of winter makes its way onto the calendar.

We also feel that out of sight, out of mind rings true to us all when there are families to care for, household chores to do, business and careers that are demanding and children that need carpooling, grandchildren that need babysitting, and well...how about just a minute for yourself? So, our monthly newsletter serves the purpose of reminding you to Contact Us when you need to schedule a service call while you spend a few minutes reading emails or some online shopping! We're glad to help :-).

Often there is something new in our industry that may warrant our customer's attention, or perhaps just a moment to wish everyone well at the holidays, maybe just a quick personal note or to thank our loyal customer base for their continued business. We're a social bunch and we hope you are too!
