Have you changed your Gas Furnace or Central Air Conditioning Filter?

Borntein sons recommends that you change your filters to maximize your heating system efficiency. One of the most important items to remember if you have a warm air ducted system is that changing your furnace filters on a monthly basis, consistently, is a must! As local New Jersey HVAC Contractors, we're convinced that our warehouse would be overwhelmed if we lined up the dirty filters we've removed from our customer's systems! We strongly suggest that you make this small maintenance part of your monthly routine.

Out of Sight, Out of Mind becomes the theme with these silent monitors of air flow within your home. When it comes to your furnace maintenance, it's just not first on your mind. You remember to get up each and every day and be where you need to be. You drive your children to school, get to the supermarket and stock your pantry with food, pay your monthly bills and the list goes on...But for some reason changing that disposable furnace filter that cleans the air and removes particulates and impurities from the air you breathe in your home seems to escape you.

Changing your disposable filters each and every month during operating season for cooling only or a combination cooling/heating system should become a priority! You certainly can do it yourself and you'll be amazed at what a difference it makes in air flow, resulting in more efficient opearation and extending the life of your valuable equipment. When your heating system struggles with a blocked filter it can cause your air conditiong system connected to your furnace to freeze. This can result in damage to your air conditiong system and costly repairs. During winter months, a blocked air filter can cause your furnace to overheat and shut off.

Don't forget to contact us for your annual tune-up service...we'll change your filter for you that month! One less thing for you to worry about.
