(Monthly payment plans)
Automatic payments are transacted by credit card. Your first payment is changed to your credit card at time of sign-up and each month automatically thereafter. Initial commitment is two (2) years. In the event that coverage is cancelled during the initial coverage period, the remaining amount is due and payable. The contract and obligation may be transferred to new homeowners upon request. Monthly billing will be calculated by dividing your total by 12.

Refrigerant leaks and condensate stoppages do not carry lifetime repair warranty!
